Natalie Venezia – Executive Director

Natalie Venezia

In the ever-evolving landscape of non-profit organizations, the pursuit of social justice and diversity inclusion has become increasingly crucial. The 365 Foundation’s Executive Director, Natalie Venezia, firmly believes that social justice should be at the heart of all endeavors, striving to dismantle systemic barriers that hinder progress for all marginalized communities.

Born and raised in Hoboken, New Jersey, Natalie has now made a home for herself in Lansdale, Pennsylvania where the 365 Foundation will be headquartered.

Prior to leading the 365 Foundation, Natalie Venezia served as CEO and CMO of ZeroRisk Cases Inc., a mass tort and personal injury client acquisition agency based in Allentown, Pa. As a serial entrepreneur for the past three decades, Ms. Venezia has had a successful career in industries such as hotel management, media, and entertainment. Ms. Venezia believes her entrepreneurial outlook can help to transform the culture of nonprofits by meaningfully engaging the abilities, talents, and passions of community members, staff, volunteers and supporters.

With a deep sense of purpose, in the past 20 years, Natalie has implemented innovative strategies to raise money for other organizations such as the Special Olympics and The American Red Cross. By forging partnerships with local LGBTQ+ businesses and leveraging social media platforms for crowdfunding campaigns, Natalie Venezia has successfully attracted both monetary support and increased awareness for her docu-series, “Out in the Open”, an LGBTQ+ project that is close to her heart and is still in the pre-production phase.

Ms. Venezia understands that any successful non-profit organization relies on its ability to sustain its impactful work through effective fundraising and volunteerism. Ms. Venezia also understands that fundraising is not merely about collecting funds; it is about building lasting relationships with donors who share our vision.

Moreover, Natalie plans to go beyond traditional approaches to community engagement by forging partnerships with other non-profit organizations that are like-minded and have similar missions. These collaborations will enable the 365 Foundation and partners to leverage resources effectively while amplifying their impact on a larger scale in the communities she serves.
