Open Call for Art Submissions

The 365 Foundation is now accepting proposals from individual artists, groups of artists, and curators for exhibitions in our gallery for the 2024-2025 Community Exhibition Program. We welcome submissions in all mediums. We represent various artistic practices, including unknown, emerging female artists and traditional, experimental, and contemporary art. The 365 Foundation Gallery also offers programming in conjunction with exhibitions, which may include artists’ talks/slide lectures, opening receptions, and workshops.  The artist must be 18 and over, and must reside in Pennsylvania, to be eligible to submit.

Please include why you think the 365 Foundation’s Gallery is an appropriate venue for your proposal.

We prefer an all-electronic submission; however, you can email natalie@365.foundation to set up a time to meet with us and present your physical portfolio. Do not send mass e-mails to this address.

If the proposed artworks have not yet been produced, please provide a detailed description of the intent in addition to support material featuring past work.

Otherwise, please send a link to a website, Instagram, or online portfolio. We require that you send 10-20 pictures of your most recent works.

Include any reviews, newspaper articles, web articles, etc.

Images should be in Jpeg format and MAC and PC compatible.

Images should also be medium resolution (96-300dpi).

Please also include your artist statement, which is an opportunity to explain your background and the process of the work you are submitting. This should also include a brief overview of the concept behind the show, the number of works, and specifics on installation. Artists will be notified via email of the next steps.
